Prospect Ky Real Estate
1 – The rural atmosphere has been carefully preserved, despite recent development.
Settlers moving down Harrods Creek were drawn to the farmland and sandy hills of Prospect, KY. It wasn’t until the 1960s that family farms became subdivisions. Even so, developers of Prospect Ky homes were careful to preserve much of the land in the form of rolling hills, golf courses, and country clubs.
